Founded Kellar Investment Realty in 1972. Actively involved in the companies’ oversight and direction. He has been investing in real estate investment properties for the past 40+ years, specializing in residential projects. Additionally over the past 20+ years, within his corporations, he has developed many church and commercial projects through out the State of California.

Active in daily oversight and management of the firm, including: supervision over the various project managers, project marketing, accounting and finance. Equally important to Kellar Investment is his involved in identifying land and real estate projects for potential investment. His 10+ years of Web, IT and Infrastructure support keeps Kellar Investment on the leading edge of technology and efficiency. Sean Kellar Sean E. Kellar

Focused on designing and managing new developments and rehab projects for KIR. His in-depth development experience is enhanced by nearly 15+ year experience in architectural /planning and interior design. In the development phase his strong suits are determining a design that works for the land, implementing and overseeing the architectural phase, getting various jurisdictional city/county approvals, hiring the appropriate contractors for the building phase, administration and closeout activities.

Sean is a General Contractor (DBA: Kellar Construction Services – License: 920580) and holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Woodbury University. Current and past projects are posted on this KIR website.
